If, in the unlikely event, wine is “off” please contact us at [email protected] and we will replace it. The issue would need to be reported to us within 14 days of your original order.
It is worth noting that many older wines can have corks that crumble and contain sediment which is a natural part of wine ageing. This doesn’t mean the wine is off / has turned.
Please store your wine at a cool consistent temperature, not near anything hot (ie a radiator, oven, on a windowsill) and preferably on its side, to optimise wine ageing.
